Untamed is a gripping crime-drama miniseries that follows former detective Kyle Turner. After years of living quietly in the wilderness, he re-enters the dark and mysterious world of his past; Untamed brings another world of puzzles back to his life.
Kyle Turner (Eric Bana), a retired and reclusive detective, has decided to live peacefully in the remote Australian outback after the tragic events of an old case. But when a teenager mysteriously disappears near his home, the local police and his old friend, Paul Sutter (Sam Neill), ask him to return to the case. Despite his initial reluctance, Kyle cannot resist his sense of duty. As he investigates the case, he discovers that it has links to a series of old murders that he has failed to solve during his career. Along the way, he encounters characters like the curious reporter Rosemarie DeWitt, the energetic young policewoman Lily Santiago, and the brutal officer Wilson Bethel. Each has secrets, and the truth is more complicated than he first thought.
