Liu Chen (Hao O), a brilliant finance student, gets an opportunity to intern at the prestigious Bluestone Bank through the initial public offering (IPO) of his friend’s family company. Feeling alienated among the elite interns, he hone his skills under the guidance of Todd (Andy Lau), the bank’s top manager. But Liu Chen soon discovers signs of illegal transactions, including stock manipulation. With the help of Jasper (Jasper Liu) and Ni Ni (Ni Ni), employees who know the bank’s secrets, he delve deeper into the financial corruption. Wayne (James Filberd) and a foreign technical representative (Zina Belousova) add to the complexity of the story. Liu Chen faces the bank’s president (Kenneth Cheng) and a mysterious investor (Andrey Lazarev). He must decide whether to expose the truth or continue playing a dangerous financial game.
